Membership Categories & Annual Dues
Associate Member – $395/year
For individual professionals and sole proprietors. Includes: full access to OCA technical resource library, member rates at all events, OCA Member Directory listing, monthly e-newsletter, and access to the CCS training program at member rates.
Small Organization Member – $695/year
For organizations with fewer than 25 employees. Includes all Associate Member benefits plus: up to 3 staff logins to the Member Portal, compliance helpline access (up to 5 hours/year), and eligibility to serve on OCA committees.
Standard Organization Member – $1,295/year
For organizations with 25-250 employees. Includes all Small Organization Member benefits plus: up to 10 staff logins, compliance helpline access (up to 20 hours/year), one free webinar registration per quarter, and discounted SPCC plan review services.
Corporate Member – $2,995/year
For organizations with more than 250 employees. Includes all Standard Organization Member benefits plus: unlimited staff logins, unlimited compliance helpline access, two complimentary annual conference registrations, eligibility to nominate a board director candidate, and priority listing in the Member Directory.
Sustaining/Patron Member – $7,500+/year
For organizations seeking to demonstrate industry leadership and support OCA’s mission at the highest level. All Corporate Member benefits plus: recognition at all OCA events and publications, first right of refusal on conference sponsorships, and a seat on the OCA Advisory Council.

How to Join
Joining OCA is easy. Complete the online membership application and pay your annual dues. Your membership becomes active immediately upon payment, and you will receive credentials for the Member Portal within one business day.
